This is a tune I wrote when I fused the concepts of ADHD, Morecombe & Wise and geopolitics.

I'd been watching Adam Curtis movies and he talked about a nasty technique where our leaders deliberately confuse us to paralyse us.

I'd also just got my ADHD diagnosis. AND been to see a Morecombe & Wise tribute act.

Adding up to a mental disorder

This is how they want us in the new world order!

Take time, concentrate
Drill down to the substrate on which we’re based
We’re naturally warm, we’re naturally kind
This is what we’re faced with
Loads more people but less connection
We’re all getting sent in different directions
That’s deliberate, divide and scatter
Makes it easy to forget what matters
What matters is love and joy and hope
Magic and music, compassion…love and romance
Ooh, I said love already…
See I’m getting mixed up and it’s hard to remember
I need to blow on my creative ember
I can stay alight, or get blown out
It’s what I’m talking about

Cut’n’paste gave us a taste of little bits of information
Supposed to drive my imagination
But maybe that shrunk our guts and brains
Now we don’t wait for the long train of thought
We on the bandwagons rushing by
